Jea Ha is the inheritor of the Green Dragon's right leg. He was kept as a prisoner in his village in his childhood until he escaped and became a pirate. He originaly stays away from Yona and her friends, because he feels like he should not let the dragon blood in him define what he does. However, he is later influenced by Yona's spirit, and leaves the crew to travel with and search for the yellow dragon.

Jea Ha's right leg can help him jump high into the sky, which allows him to see things happening from very high up. His leg's only weakness is that it is useless underwater. He usually uses his leg for close combat fighting, and throws knifes as ranged weapons.
